The Canadian Independent Recording Artists' Association (CIRAA) is Canada's only national not-for-profit organization dedicated exclusively to Canadian independent recording artists.

Like all artists, Canada's independent recording artists are a valuable resource and an important part of our cultural fabric. CIRAA is working to ensure that there are fair policies within Canada's music industry with respect to independent recording artists, and is providing educational tools to help Canadian recording independent artists be well-equipped to navigate the new music industry paradigm.

CIRAA members are from all parts of this country, at all different levels of their careers, from those who play gigs for fun on the weekends to multi-platinum selling, international touring artists.

We're all one community, however, and we all share a common vision of a vibrant and healthy Canadian music industry for independent artists.
